During our 30 minute free introductory session we can:

talk about concerns you may have about working face to face at this time and explore ways of working.

       We may agree to work together, book our first session and take it from there.

or

        If you prefer I can carefully signpost you to another counselling agency 

      

      ~face to face counselling is £50 for a full hour session.

If it better suits you, telephone or zoom counselling is available 

following our free introductory meeting.

  sometimes a combination works well.

 Accepted  payment methods are cash or bank transfer, payable on receipt of your session

 

If you enquire about counselling and there is a wait,

I will carefully signpost you to another local counselling service.

If you wish to wait, I will contact you the moment a session slot becomes free.
