People use counselling in different ways. It may be that you are feeling stuck,
overwhelmed or sad but can’t quite put your finger on it, or perhaps there is something more specific
you want to work with. Counselling can be a useful way to gently explore your inner journey and find
new ways to feel more comfortable.
Person centred counselling has been described as a process of ‘becoming free’. This can mean freedom to explore personal truths in a safe space, free from judgement as thoughts, feelings and questions arise.
Counselling is for anyone who finds themselves at a time in their life when a trustworthy travelling companion may be of particular use.
